Meet Me at the Museum

Meet me at the Museum is the name of our monthly meeting space for people living with Dementia, their partners, family or carers as well as older people looking for some fun, company and conversation. 

All session are located at Tullie Museum.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of what stage of Dementia they may be living with. If it’s your first time attending a session, please call 01228 618 722 or email [email protected] to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

Upcoming sessions:

Wednesday 3rd March 2026: Romans - in celebration of the Gladiator exhibition we’re bringing a taste of roman life to you.

Wednesday 1st April 2026: Cameras and Photographs – Take a look through our collection of photographs new and old and delve into the stories behind them. We’ll also have a few models of old cameras for you to look at too.

Wednesday 6th May 2026: Springtime Celebrations – winter can be long, so lets celebrate the return of spring by taking a look at some traditional celebrations and activities that make us feel good.

Wednesday 3rd June 2026: Creative Constructions – a chance to get your brain working as you build and create for fun.
