Join us for some retro games, pass the parcel, extra special sweet treats, a glass of something... but mainly singing and dancing!
Feel free to bring any extra family or friends with you, but we ask you to book them a place if you’re able to.

This session will be in the Tullie art gallery (enter opposite the castle)
We'll be giving you a dementia friendly tour of Sheila Fell: Cumberland on canvas - with over 95 artworks by Aspatrian born Sheila Fell. We'll share her life story, followed by a prompted conversation about how you feel about living in this part of the country.

A lovely time of month to explore some museum love stories! We'll be sharing some beautiuful hand-crafted items, affectionate poems and lovely stories, as well as doing some bread and pastry making! (Yes .... you get to take yours home).
